New Territorial War System - The Classic PW 1.2.6
The Territorial War system in The Classic PW 1.2.6 will undergo a major revamp to make the scenario more competitive, balanced, active, and sustainable in the long term.
After analyzing how the previous format worked and the possible impact of a fully open map war, we understood that it would be necessary to create a more organized model, capable of valuing both high-level clans and developing clans.
The proposal of the new system is to keep the classic essence of Territorial Wars, with political disputes, rivalries, strategies, and map control, but with clearer rules to avoid very fast imbalances during the season.
Territorial Map Reset
The territorial map reset of The Classic PW 1.2.6 is scheduled for 05/06.
With this reset, a new territorial dispute format will begin, bringing important changes to participation rules, scoring, rewards, and war organization.
Territorial Season Duration
The territorial map will not be reset frequently. The idea is to allow clans to build their history, develop rivalries, and compete for map control over an extended period.
Territorial resets will happen only at strategic moments, when it is necessary to start a new competitive phase, reorganize the war scenario, or apply important changes to the territorial system.
Purpose of the Change
The main proposal is to prevent a single clan from opening a very large advantage in the very first days of the season, keeping the dispute more balanced, active, and competitive for longer.
The new system seeks to concentrate high-level wars in a specific area of the map, while the rest of the territories will remain available for more open disputes between clans of different levels.
- Concentrate the main wars in a high-level competitive area.
- Avoid a disproportionate advantage for a single dominant clan.
- Allow smaller clans to also have space to fight for territories.
- Increase the number of territorial wars happening every week.
- Value active clans within the server.
- Increase circulation of The Classic Coins in the game.
- Create a fairer, more strategic, and longer-lasting season.
New Proposal: Season Tier 1
The main new feature will be the creation of Season Tier 1, a high-level competition within Territorial Wars.
A specific map area will be reserved for clans that want to compete in the main season competition. This region will be located in the upper-left corner of the territorial map.
Clans that want to compete for the top of the season must focus their bids and conquests within this area marked as Tier 1.
- Territories in the Tier 1 area will grant points for the season ranking.
- These territories will have higher rewards in The Classic Coins.
- The dispute will be aimed at clans in a more advanced stage of the game.
- The goal is to create direct confrontations among the top clans of the season.
Season Tier 1 Scoring
The scoring of Season Tier 1 will be based on the number of territories controlled within the competitive area at the end of each week.
- Each territory controlled in the Tier 1 area will be worth 1 point.
- All territories in the Tier 1 area will have the same score value.
- Main cities and regular territories will have the same weight on the ranking: 1 point each.
- Example: if a clan ends the week with 3 territories in the Tier 1 area, it will add 3 points to the season ranking.
This format was chosen to prevent a specific city from generating too large an advantage on the ranking. This way, the dispute depends more on consistency, strategy, and territorial control by the clan throughout the season.
Important Rule for Tier 1 Clans
The clan that chooses to participate in the main dispute of Season Tier 1 must keep its focus exclusively within the area marked as Tier 1.
- Clans competing for first or second place in Season Tier 1 must focus their bids and wars within the Tier 1 area.
- If a clan chooses to leave this area and fight for territories outside it, it may no longer be considered a participant in the Tier 1 dispute.
- This rule exists to keep the main competition organized, direct, and fair among clans that truly want to compete for the top of the season.
This prevents a dominant clan from simultaneously controlling the main dispute and the rest of the map, ensuring more competitive space for other groups.
Rest of the Map: Open Disputes
All the rest of the territorial map will remain available for other clans, following a freer and more open proposal.
In these regions, the idea is to allow greater freedom in bids and create more war opportunities between clans of different levels.
- Clans will have more freedom to dispute different regions of the map.
- The system will be more flexible for clans not participating in the Tier 1 dispute.
- The goal is to increase the number of weekly TWs.
- Developing clans will have more space to compete, conquer territories, and grow within the server.
Even in situations of multiple attacks or simultaneous disputes, there may still be a competitive war, as long as the clans involved choose to defend their territories and actively participate in battles.
Definition of Season Placements
At the end of the season, placements will be defined based on clan performance inside and outside the Tier 1 area.
- 1st place: clan with the highest score inside the Tier 1 area.
- 2nd place: clan with the second highest score inside the Tier 1 area.
- 3rd place: clan with the most territories controlled outside the Tier 1 area.
With this format, the main high-level dispute remains valued, but clans competing on the rest of the map also gain recognition within the season.
Territorial Bids via TCC
To participate in Territorial Wars, the clan must have enough The Classic Coins (TCC) to place a bid on the desired territory.
The TCC used in territorial bids will not be refunded, regardless of the dispute result. Therefore, each bid must be made with planning, strategy, and organization among clan members.
- The clan needs to have TCC to place a bid on a territory.
- TCC spent on the bid does not return to the clan.
- Resource management will be an important part of territorial strategy.
- Tier 1 clans should prioritize their bids within the competitive Tier 1 area.
- Clans outside the Tier 1 dispute may use their resources to fight for the rest of the map.
How to Obtain TCC to Participate in Wars
The Classic Coin can be obtained through different competitive activities on the server, encouraging clans to actively participate in weekly events.
- Fixed weekly TCC: see the details by clicking here
- Guild League
- World Boss
- Martial Arts Event
- Rewards for controlled territories
This way, the most active clans will have more resources to fight for territories, defend their regions, and plan their expansion on the map.
Increased Rewards in Territorial Wars
Territory rewards will be significantly increased.
- The amount of The Classic Coins received from territories will be increased by 3x.
- The goal is to reward clans that actively participate in Territorial Wars.
- We also aim to increase TCC circulation within the game.
- With more TCC being distributed, internal trade and the player marketplace tend to become stronger.
This change makes Territorial Wars even more important to the server economy, encouraging consistent clan participation.
Weekly Rewards per Territory
With the new format, territory rewards will be increased by 3x, making territorial control an even more important source of resources for clans.
- Level 3 Territories: 150 TCC per week
- Level 2 Territories: 300 TCC per week
- Level 1 Territories: 600 TCC per week
These values make territorial control an important source of resources for clans, encouraging constant disputes, defense strategies, and active movement on the map.
What is TCC?
TCC means The Classic Coin, a currency used in the player panel and in different server systems.
TCC has great importance within the economy of The Classic PW 1.2.6 and can be used in several ways.
- Place bids on territories in the Territorial War map.
- Buy products in the server's virtual store.
- Buy accounts and characters in the Marketplace.
- Transfer TCC to other players.
- Withdraw, following the rules available in the player panel.
TCC Usage
TCC is a high-value currency within the ecosystem of The Classic PW 1.2.6 and can be used in different server systems.
- Place bids on territories in the Territorial War map.
- Buy products in the server's virtual store.
- Buy accounts and characters in the Marketplace.
- Transfer TCC to any player.
- Withdraw, according to the rules available in the player panel.
As it is directly linked to the competitive system, the marketplace, and the server economy, TCC will be one of the main strategic resources for clans that want to grow within the territorial map.
Bidding System
To fight for a territory, the clan must have enough The Classic Coins to place the bid.
TCC used in territorial bids will not be refunded. Therefore, each bid must be made strategically, considering the clan's goals during the season.
- Tier 1 clans should prioritize bids within the competitive Tier 1 area.
- Clans outside the Tier 1 dispute may focus on the rest of the map.
- TCC spent on bids will not return to the clan.
- Resource management will be an important part of territorial strategy.
- Placing a bid on a territory without planning may compromise the clan's resources for the following weeks.
High-Level Wars
Wars considered high-level will have specific rules to offer more strategic battles aligned with the Season Tier 1 proposal.
- The map for high-level wars will be the standard game map, offering more room for strategies.
- The number of players in high-level wars will be up to 66 players.
- This number may be changed according to agreement between the participating leaders.
- The Mini Territorial War map will continue to be used in the other territorial wars.
This format allows the main battles of the season to have greater scale, more tactical space, and more strategic possibilities for the clans involved.
Politics and Strategy Between Clans
Territorial Wars will continue to be an environment where alliances, rivalries, retaliation, and political decisions have great impact on the server's future.
Each clan will be responsible for its choices on the map. Attacking, defending, forming alliances, retaliating against enemies, or focusing on a specific region will be part of building the season's history.
The new system seeks to better organize the main dispute, but the political essence of Territorial Wars will remain one of the most important points of The Classic PW 1.2.6.
In a competitive scenario, bad decisions can generate consequences. Clans that choose aggressive strategies, unstable alliances, or unnecessary conflicts will have to deal with responses from other groups within the territorial system itself.
Strategy, Economy, and Territorial Control
From this new format onward, Territorial Wars are no longer just a dispute over territory and now have an even greater impact on clan economy and organization.
Controlling territories means receiving more TCC, having more resources for new bids, strengthening the clan, moving the marketplace, and increasing political influence within the server.
- Active clans will have more chances to accumulate TCC.
- Organized clans will be able to plan their bids better.
- Dominant clans will need to consistently defend their regions.
- Growing clans will have more opportunities on the rest of the map.
- The server economy will be directly moved by territorial activity.
Conclusion
The new Territorial War system of The Classic PW 1.2.6 was created to bring more balance, more wars, more strategy, and a healthier season for all clans.
Season Tier 1 will be the stage for the main dispute among the strongest clans, while the rest of the map will remain open so other groups can also conquer space, receive rewards, and build their own history.
With increased rewards, TCC-based bids, weekly scoring, open disputes, and an exclusive area for the competitive elite, Territorial Wars become one of the most important systems of the season.
